Robotronix India Pvt Ltd is a startup-based company that provides automation services. As a project engineer, it was my duty to work with clients to discuss their ideas, offer various solutions to their difficulties, and create autonomous products on their behalf. Along with this, I've started training interns in embedded systems and the Internet of Things. The following major projects I have done:

Environmental Monitoring System to prevent Forest Hazards:
This project is inspired to prevent forest hazards like the 2019 amazon forest fire. The main concept behind this project was to develop a system that helps in detecting unfavorable climate conditions in the forest and report quickly to the forest control departments. To power all the components, I designed and developed a solar tracking device. Along with this, humidity sensors, fire alarms, photoelectric smoke detectors, camera modules, anemometers, and pyranometers are used to monitor the environmental condition. An integrated fire detection system using IoT and image processing techniques is implemented to detect fire in the forest. The device update all the readings of the climate condition on the website every 5 min. If there is a danger like a fire hazard it sends a danger alert to the department using a message and updates conditions on the website with a screenshot of its surroundings.

Sodi Belt:
This project is developed to provide safety to people from spreading covid-19 in public places. The device is equipped with ultrasonic sensors which help in maintaining safer distances among people in crowded areas. The device vibrates and emits a beep When someone approaches within a defined social distance.

During my work experience in electronic devices design, testing, and manufacturing, I have been involved in a diverse range of projects, taking them from inception to completion. This has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the entire product development process. One of my primary responsibilities has been PCB design, where I have utilized my expertise in selecting electronic components, ensuring their compatibility and optimizing the layout for efficient performance. Additionally, I have been actively engaged in sensor calibration, a crucial aspect of ensuring accurate measurements and reliable data acquisition. I have also gained hands-on experience in PCB manufacturing, overseeing the production process and ensuring high-quality standards. Furthermore, I possess proficiency in working with various microcontrollers such as 8051, Atmega 328, Attiny85, ESP8266, and ESP32, utilizing their capabilities to design and implement innovative functionalities. Additionally, I have successfully designed and developed AC-DC power supplies, incorporating efficient conversion mechanisms and meeting industry standards. Overall, my work experience in electronic devices design, testing, and manufacturing encompasses a wide array of technical skills and a holistic understanding of the product development lifecycle.
